Please remember that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be marked as a DNA (Did Not Attend) and will need to rebook. This policy helps us keep our clinics running on time and ensures other patients don’t face unnecessary delays.

Travel Advisory

We’re aware that Knowsley Street and the surrounding roads in Bury are currently very busy with constant traffic congestion. Especially due to the roadworks being carried out within Bury, this is causing longer journey times than usual.

To avoid missing your appointment, we strongly advise allowing extra travel time when planning your journey to the surgery, and also ensuring you book an appointment that will fit into your daily schedule.
